Park it right

Many homeowners have boats, RV's, Coaches, or trailers that they use during the summer months. 

• Please remember to park all recreational vehicles within an enclosed garage, behind a fence out of view from the street and neighboring lots, or store them at an off-site location.

Please secure your off-site storage before bringing your recreational vehicles home.

• The CC&R's limit the amount of time that you can have them at your home (for loading and unloading/cleaning purposes only) to 48 hours.

Thank you for observing and adhering to the covanents. Remember the CC&R fine system is in process.  Careful observance of this guideline will prevent any confrontation of this issue.
